Tieho is an accomplished information security professional based Lesotho, with a robust background in advanced security management practices. He currently serves as the Network and Information Security Manager at Econet Telecom Lesotho, where he leads cybersecurity programs, oversees security operations, and develops comprehensive security strategies. Mr Letsoara's expertise spans a wide range of areas including penetration testing, data protection, cloud security, risk management and incident response.

Tieho holds a Masters degree in Network and Information Security from the Griffith College in Ireland, and maintains several industry-leading certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and certifications in Microsoft Azure and Office 365. His previous roles include Information Security Administrator at Lesotho PostBank and Applications and Data Security Specialist at Standard Lesotho Bank.

Tieho is the co-founder of Tethics (a cybersecurity startup based in Lesotho) and actively contributes to national cybersecurity efforts as a member of the Sectorial Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) for ISPs. Additionally he is involved in the development of Lesotho's National Cybersecurity Strategy.
